Aphorisms Galore!

#  ·  submitted 14 Oct by LizMorganatgmaildotcom

The Battle of Hastings - today
What I think about is, would Harold have won if his men hadn't broken the shield shape?
Or died because of his failures and no time and no practice?
If you think about it, what would you do in such situation with no horse nor arrows.
An enemy charging at you with a horse going 40 miles with a crossbow in his arms
Many go against him, but...
He went untrained and without hesitation-
To protect his country.
A falsely-looked person isn't always who you think they are.
